These Terms of Use, collectively with any and all documents these Terms of Use expressly incorporate by reference (these "Terms"), govern your relationship with and access and use of our products and services branded collectively as the "Backstage" (as more particularly defined below, the "Service") operated by Hecto Innovation Co., Inc. ("Hectoinnovation", "us", "we", or "our"). It is important that you read these Terms carefully before you access or use the Service because, upon any such access or use, you will be legally bound to these Terms. Your access to and use of the Service subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN AGREEMENT TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, WHICH MEANS THAT, AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, TO SUBMIT ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES TO BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN PROCEEDING IN COURT, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO PROCEED WITH ANY DISPUTE INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. FOR MORE INFORMATION, SEE THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU: (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS; (B) REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT AND THAT YOU OTHERWISE HAVE THE RIGHT, CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS; AND (C) AGREE TO BE BOUND AND ABIDE BY THESE TERMS (INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY FOUND AT HECTO INNOVATION PRIVACY POLICY) AND YOU ACCEPT ALL LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF SUCH AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
The "Service" means at https://backstage.ai.kr through which such services, systems, and technologies are made available (the "Site"), and (b) all software, applications, data, text, documentation, images, and other content, materials, and information made available to you by or on behalf of Hectoinnovation on or through any of the foregoing. All modifications to the Service by us, upon our provision thereof to you, are also subject to and will be deemed part of the "Service" for purposes of these Terms. Hectoinnovation reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any feature or functionality thereof at any time without notice. All right, title and interest in and to the Service and all intellectual property and proprietary rights therein or related thereto are exclusively owned by (and will remain with and belong exclusively to) Hectoinnovation.
All our Services (including free trial services) offers certain features and content through recurring subscriptions, billed through Google Play or Apple App Store. These subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage and cancel your subscription in your device’s app store account settings. We do not control or process payments made through app stores; all billing, charges, and refund policies are governed by the respective app store’s terms and conditions (see Google Play Terms, Apple Media Services Terms).
Hectoinnovation may, at its sole discretion, offer you a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Hectoinnovation until the Free Trial has expired. On the day immediately following the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription in accordance with these Terms prior to such day, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription. Hectoinnovation, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Hectoinnovation will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
All payments made are generally non-refundable. However, Hectoinnovation acknowledges that exceptional situations can arise and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. If you find our services unsatisfactory after your initial purchase, you may be eligible to request a refund within 30 days. We strongly advise you contacting our support team first if you encounter any issues or service configuration problems, as we often can provide swift and effective solutions. Refund requests made beyond the initial 30-day period following purchase will not be accommodated. Upon the renewal of your Subscription, only the new Subscription period is eligible for a refund, and this is within the 30-day period from the renewal date. The automatic renewal of your Subscription does not provide eligibility to request a refund for the previous service period. Hectoinnovation reserves the right to consider refund requests for Subscriptions on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds granted will be solely at the discretion of Hectoinnovation.
All purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store’s refund policy. Hectoinnovation cannot directly process refunds for transactions made through these platforms.

You are entitled to cease using our Service at any time and for any reason without notice to us. but you will continue to be charged for the Service until you cancel your Subscription(s) as described above. We may terminate your Subscription(s) and/or account, including for your violation of these Terms. In the following circumstances we will provide notice to you prior to termination of your account: (a) you have breached these Terms; or (b) you are using the Service in a way that (as determined by us in our sole discretion) can cause, could be capable of causing, or has caused any harm or loss or any risk of harm or loss to Hectoinnovation, any of our other customers, or any other person. We will inform you of any such termination via email to all or any of the registered account holders, which includes your "Family Organizers" and "Team Owners" as they are listed in your account at the time of such termination. In the event of such a termination, we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to take Your Data with you. There are some circumstances in which we may be unable to inform you prior to terminating your access to and use of our Services, including in the event: (i) you are in material breach of these Terms in such a way as to immediately and seriously endanger us and other users; (ii) we are unable to inform you prior to such termination because doing so may cause us legal liability or cause a disruption to our Service; or (iii) we are unable to inform you of such termination due to law. If we terminate your Subscription(s) and/or account for any of the reasons outlined in (i) through (iii) of this paragraph, then we will work with you to ensure you have a reasonable opportunity to retain copies of Your Data, to the extent permitted by applicable law. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive the termination of your Subscription(s) and/or account shall survive such termination, including all provisions relating to intellectual property ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and defense obligations, and limitations of liability. Upon any such termination, (i) your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease, (ii) you must, at our option, return or destroy any and all copies of any Service materials you have made., and (iii) we will not charge you Subscription fees attributable to any period beyond your then-current Billing Cycle.
